They may feel hyper-energetic one day and then on another day, they can be overwhelmed with lethargy. Their Fi can shoot up momentarily and then afterward, it can dampen.

Their use of the Fi becomes much more natural and balanced as they grow older and learn to navigate through it.

Te is centered on a rational dynamic and helps people make decisions based on logic. Te and Ni work as a pair to make INTJs more logical, determined and coordinated.

If Extraverted Thinking (Te) is ignored by INTJs completely, they tend to appear lost and removed from the external world.

The fundamental way to solve a problem is to first recognize it.

To get out of a loop, one must first realize that they are, in fact, experiencing a loop.

This process can be a little challenging as you still are utilizing your two main functions and that can make the loop feel somewhat familiar and secure.

Employing an inferior function like Extraverted Sensing (Se) is not going to make things better for you.

The most Se will do is put you on a pause rather than help you move forward.

To escape a Ni-Fi loop, your best bet is to zero in on your auxiliary Extraverted Thinking (Te).

Every once in a while, saying your thoughts out loud can help you perceive them from a different angle.

Step out of your comfort zone and socialize more. Share your issues with others and inquire as to whether they sound reasonable.

Also, doing things that compel you to use the analytical and logical part of your brain (like playing strategy games) can help you think more rationally in other areas of your life as well.

In any case, try and restore Te back into your life as much as possible. You will begin to escape the vicious loop and lead a well-balanced life.
